iOS app for designing and ordering custom apparel

Shirt App was our consumer-facing product built on top of the gfx infrastructure — an iOS app that let anyone design and order custom apparel in seconds. I led product development across roadmap planning, agile ceremonies, and cross-functional execution, while also overseeing all marketing efforts. That included managing large paid ad budgets, producing photo and video shoots, launching discount campaigns, and building strategies for email, push notifications, and in-app content. Shirt App surpassed 1 million downloads, earned a Shopify Build Award, and powered the sale of over 100,000 custom items.
